What Happens If a Prospect Doesn’t Schedule a Call?
Sometimes a prospect will request your book but not immediately schedule a call - this is completely normal.
Here’s what happens:
- Prospects who request your book but don’t schedule a call are still excellent leads.
- You should follow up with them using the Phone Call Script provided in your Advisor Nexus Client HQ tab.
- If you cannot reach them or they are not ready, log a Note and create a Task to follow up again later.
What if they never schedule?
- If a prospect remains unresponsive or never schedules, they will be automatically added to your Long-Term Nurture Campaign.
- This keeps you top of mind and allows the system to continue nurturing them for the future.
Bottom line: Stay consistent with follow-up — and trust that no lead gets lost. The Long-Term Nurture Campaign is always running in the background.
