How to Track Opportunities in Advisor Nexus
Tracking your leads and opportunities is key to getting great results from your campaigns. Here's how to stay on top of your pipeline in Advisor Nexus.
Where to view Book Requests
1. Go to the Opportunities tab in Advisor Nexus.
2. You'll see a list of prospects who have requested your book.
Working your Opportunities
For each prospect:
- Click into the Contact Profile.
- Add Notes about what happened on your call(s).
- Create Tasks for any necessary follow-up actions (missed calls, future check-ins, etc.).
Staying consistent
- Check your Opportunities tab every day - make it a routine.
- Work through each lead systematically.
- Use Notes + Tasks to stay organized and on top of your follow-ups.
Remember: The more consistent your pipeline work, the better your results will be.
